Well, the election results aren't exactly encouraging me to become a citizen.
Boy I wish they had mandotory voting here, it's such a good idea.

Of course Mr jo's and I's best out of state job lead is in OK, so I don't know if that would be any better.

I just feel bad for my Croatian friend who just became a citizen. This was the first election she got to vote in. Dunno about the mandatory voting making any difference in this situation - people were so cynical and pissed off maybe it just would've increased the number of votes for Gary Coleman :(.

While I think that OK is better than people think it will be, I am going to have to say, no, it's not better than California. Even in these troubled times.
