Art Car Truck party?

joeychenSo when might be a good time to have a Help Jo Work on her Art Car Truck Party?
Saturday or Sunday?
1st, 2nd or 3rd weekend in September?
I will provide all equipment and spray adhesive, and also food and drinks.
*edited to add some info. I will hopefully have made some kind of start by the time of the party, so you know what I'm going for. But it's basically cutting up all the scrap fabric I have, so that it pieces together (cutting it as we go, ie pick a piece of fabric, decide where to glue it, cut to fit, glue it on) and gluing it on the truck. Then the seams will be covered by this black twill ribbon I have.
