Playing Hooky, kinda

I'm playing hooky from work tomorrow (Friday).

But it's cause I need to go up to the city to go to immigration. I went up there a year ago to renew my green card, and at that time I got the 1 year renewal sticker on my card. Well, it's been a year, and no green card yet. So gotta go up and see about getting another renewal. I submitted my renewal on August 20th, 2002 apparently, and they are up to renewals submitted on July 29th. So I guess it's close, but still. I'd like to have a renewal in case I need to leave the country.
Yeah, like that's gonna happen anytime soon. I wish.

Maybe I'll give you a call resurgam we could go out for lunch. Course I have no idea how long this will take. I'm gonna ride my scooter up tho, which will be nice. I got a new battery last week, so should start OK now.

Then in the afternoon maybe I will clean my bathroom and tidy around the apartment a bit. I will definately go to the bank and finally change my name so I can order new checks

In theory I will also start work on my truck, but we've all heard that before!
