joeychenAnzacs and Lamingtons are made, I'm not gonna bother with pavlova, too much work. I did make some chocolate crackles, tho! Mmmm. Actually, Chris made the mixture, and I put them in the patty cases.
Now I'm going from worrying that we'll have too many people at the party, to worrying that noone will show up, what with the crappy rainy weather. And the rainy weather will kinda suck, and I hate that people won't be able to hangout in the back yard. Still, our front porch is pretty nice to chill at, for some fresh air. Poor Chris will be out in the rain grilling sausages, haha. I'm gonna get him to grill a bunch, then I'm going to put them in the chafing dish to stay warm.
Eh, I shall try to remain chill. I can return alot of the beer to Costco (and keep some for my SoCal trip) and freeze whatever sausages we don't cook.
So yes, Chris is home! So nice to get him from the airport this morning! We're sittiing in the den, we watched some QI episodes (cool British show hosted by Stephen Fry) and he is peacefully snoring next to me. Poor thing got another nasty cold whilst in China, he just got over th last one right before he left! Time to wake him up and put him to bed.
