OK, Chris saw the house, and he liked it too, so we signed the offer paperwork, and that went in today. The selling agent will present that to the sellers tomorrow around 11am, so we may know something early afternoon. Ack!

we noticed that the carpet near the fireplace had been pulled up, so we got to peek under, and there look to be beautiful wood floors underneath, yay! Not sure what would be under the carpet and lino in the bedrooms, so we'd have a flooring person check that.
If we get the house, we'll probably have the texture taken off the three rooms, and the floors done before we move in.

We also some a couple of other nice ones today, so some other possibilities to bid on if this doesn't get accepted. Apparently the selling agent thought our offer was real clean etc (and of course the other offer still hasn't come in, sheesh. Well, the relatives want to sell quickly, so maybe they'll just miss out, ha)
