joeychenRemember the Police dispatch job that I was going for all the testing for in Feb and March, then it got put on hold cause of the budget crisis.
Well, got home tonight and there was a message from them on the machine. They want me to call back tomorrow to schedule the oral interview for next Tues, Wed or Thurs (I'm gonna try for Thurs!). I'll be asking how many positions they have to fill (it was 10), and if this means that I passed the background, and if this is the final step, and when the hire date would be, etc etc
So excited! I'm still going to be cool if I don't get hired, bur I'm just so happy that it's moving forward. It was so frustrating to go through almost everything, and then have it stall.
