Hey y'all! A friend of ours, who is a very talented Industrial Designer, is entering a design contest to design a computer. Can you help her out by filling out this poll? She's definately wants it to have a good look to it, but doesn't want to ignore the practical (Chris gave her a tutorial last night on what everything in the computer case is, why it's the size it is, why it's where it is etc), hence this survey!

I had to condense some questions into one entry, so I could fit it all in, so hope it's clear enough! If it's not applicable, just leave it blank. Hope the text boxes are big enough, if you feel so inspired, go ahead and add a comment!

I think I had a hard time answering the last few because I don't even think of it as this thing anymore so much as it's just there and a part of my life. I'm so seldom any distance from a computer... I don't know quite how to say what I mean there. Let's see...

There's not a least fun/most fun with my computer unless you want to classify it as work/non work. :-) It's just there, and it simplifies a lot of things. I don't use a phone book anymore. When we're watching a movie and go, "Ah! What was he in?" it's there with IMDB. There are recipes. There are games. It just is!

shit! i checked off desktop, because i keep my laptop on my desk, but i have a laptop!

also, i forgot, i wish that i could plug my flash drive directly into my computer, but the place where you plug it in is right next to the power cable so i can't fit it in there. i don't want to have to get a stupid extender for it, so i just use my flash drive at work.
