Infected nose piercing

As I suspected my nose piercing has a wee infection. I shall be doing some sea salt and hydrogen peroxide mixed with hot water to make a hot compress.
Although I can't say I'm thrilled about putting salt up my nose. Still, it's just on the inside not on the outside. Hopefully will go down in a week, then I get the jewelry adjusted.
I'm hoping it's just some kind of cycstic blockup infection that the soaks will help.

My belly button got so infected the first time I pierced it. The guy who did it gave me horrible instructions (use Bactine) and it just became worse and worse until I finally had to take it out. Years later, the hole was still there, so I decided to try again and had someone who was really good do the piercing. He had me soak my belly button in warm salt water a couple of times a day for months(using a shot glass, up tight against me so I could sit). It sounds a little excessive, but it definitely did the trick. How you can soak your nose, I'm not sure. I use a netti pot every day with salt water and it keeps me from getting sinus infections. That might help. Hope it gets better soon!
