Last weekend in June?

How's about the last weekend in June? Friday June 27th-Sunday June 29th.
Me and scarletwench mentioned it would work for us, and other people mentioned not August :)

Whatever weekend we pick, I will probably take that Friday off, and get there around noonish . Actually, I could be *easily* persuaded to even go up there on a Thursday, if some others want to make it a four day weekend. Thurs and Fri are my less busy days at work, and easier to miss.
Calling in for a Thursday would get us a better chance to reserve a big cabin too. (They have some cabins that sleep 20-ish)

Once Dad does the transfer, I'll try find out more info, like do we all have to arrive in one group (impossible!), if guests can ride the horses, paddleboat situation, if people can arrive late Fri night etc.

(If it looks like over 20 people (eep!) we'll need to do the group permission thing.)

My coworkers have decided that he's probably a quiet older type who's happy just being by himself with a book (the ones that disappear seem to always be about local history). So I don't know if being around a bunch of rowdy crafty gals drinking PBR would be his style. Besides, I think queen_puff_puff is the one who'll be bringin' spirits ;).
