Art Car worries

Well, on one of the Art Car lists I'm on, we were talking about putting fabric onto cars (what I want to do) some people thought that the glue I'm planning on using (3M 77) is not super great, that it breaks down somewhat in sunlight and won't last well. But I'm not sure what else to use. I don't want to use something silicone based, cause that will take so friggen long!
I think I will just start with the 3M and see how I go, and how it holds up. If it turns out to crap, then I will just have to rip it off and come up with a new concept.
Any ideas for concepts? I'd love something Aussie themed. I had once thought of doing it Aboriginal painting style, but am off that now. Plus, if this will be a second attempt, I may have a ton of glue residue that I may have to be covering. Just a paint only design may not do the trick.

Friday Five

1. What time do you wake up on weekday mornings?
I wake up around 7am, I then doze and get up outta bed around 7:30-7:45am

2. Do you sleep in on the weekends? How late?
Sometimes I will truly ot awaken till 9-ish, if I've been up late the night before. Normally I will wake up around the same time as weekends tho. I'll stay in bed a lot longer.

3. Aside from waking up, what is the first thing you do in the morning?
Pee, and read.

4. How long does it take to get ready for your day?
30-45mins

5. When possible, what is your favorite place to go for breakfast?
Dim Sum, either Ocean Star in LA, or the big Yum cha place above Paddington markets in Sydney (don't get to do that very often!)
Preferably with friends.

joeychen - meaning 'Little Joey' in German. A nickname I had in German class in college with my friends.
So it's not Joey Chen (like an Asian name/pronounciation a hard tch sound), it's joeychen, like 'shen' at the end, a 'shhhh' sound.
