8 salmon fillets (5-8 oz each) *we just had the big Costco sides of salmon, and cooked them whole like that, then cut them up
1/4 lb (one stick) butter
2 tbl oacked light brown sugar
3 tbl coarse grain mustard
2 tbl dijon mustard

Melt butter in pan, stir in sugar and mustards. Dip both sides of fillet in mixture (we just basted the salmon once it was on the grill). Place in a hinged grill basket. Grill 4-6" from hot coals for 6-10 minutes, depending on thickness, basting occasionally and turning once, until fish is well browned.
