ankle owies

Well, at least my back feels better now.
Walking across the parking lot to the deli to get lunch after my chiro appt I managed to fall over again, and resprain my ankle. It hurts!
I found a cold pack at work tho, and have that taped to my ankle.
I told Mr jo last night, if I had a headache again today I was going to go home early. Well, the headache appears to be at bay so far, but I think I will go home early anyway.
Buggeration. It was almost all better too.
