Quiet day, nice
Quiet day here at work, nice.
Survivor on tonight, yay! I just love my Thurs night telly watching. Yes, terrible to be such a TV whore, but f-it, don't bloody care! Hope my brain rots! hahahaha.
No really, I just enjoy curling up on the sofa, or sitting at my craft desk working on a project, watching my shows. Tonight will have more leftover Morrocan chicken soup, and work on my crochet fun fur hat. I might clear off my craft desk ready for some sewing this weekend too.
I went to Costco today for lunch, it had been over two weeks since I went, gasp! The employees were probably ready to send out a search party for me, ha.
Got that three pack of John Hughes films, Breakfast Club, 16 Candles and Weird Science, pity no cool extras, but good to have those on DVD.
For the retreat I will have to look into bringing the Playstation and we can use that to play DVD's. Will have to consult Mr jo as to wether it would likely plug into that old TV there. Could bring the DanceDanceRevolution pads too, whoot!
Bought that Johnny Cash album too. So nice. That Give My Love to Rose was making me all sniffy.

Oh yeah - I've bought both the Time Magazine and Rolling Stone with him on the cover. The RS has some very sweet comments about his relationship with June Carter and why she wrote "Ring of Fire." That alone (let alone him being the same age and from the same Arkansas stock as my dad) makes me get all sniffly.
