So, anyone want to host two wild and crazy gals?
Seattleites, we are coming!
I'm gonna squeeze a week of work into one day (Monday May 5th) then we will leave that night or real early Tuesday. Spend at least a night with
alineskirt in Portland, and then hopefully kidnap her along with us to Seattle!
So we will be in Seattle either late May 7th, or early May 8th.
Leaving Sunday May 11th for one incredibly long day of driving!
Can we impose ourselves on anyone? We'll bring a bed :) (queen sized aerobed)
I do have a very good friend that we could stay with, but she lives in Sumner. So despite having the world's cutest dog (the icon pic you see here!), and a new baby I haven't met yet, it's kinda outta the way of all the glittery action. I'll just be driving down for a visit with her, or we'll stop on our way up to the city.
Hope we can see lots of you when we're there, specially the Saturday? Although can't party too hearty, due to bum numbing drive back the next day.

In case nobody's got room at the end, you might check Expedia for hotel rates. When I went up in February for my friends' wedding, I found some amazing deals for $45 a night. And there's always the College Inn in the U District, though you'd have to pay for parking during the day and then move the car into the Burke Museum at night when it's free.

I'll be in touch! I am pretty flexible those days & am hoping to zip up to Seattle with you & then come back down on the train after a day or so. We'll see.
Can't wait to show you a few Portland sights!
xoxo

if you have time, I vote that you take Candi to see the splendor that is Ashland! I love that town... and don't forget that you can't pump your own gas in Oregon!
