Hey Babe, yes it is. It was my friend's, they had to give her to a friend when they had their baby though, cause she could never adjust to the baby. Their other dog (who is a pug-shiztsu, I know I spellt that wrong!) is fine with the baby though, and they still have him. I have used his picture for this comment. He's the ugliest dog, with the hugest underbite, but the *best* personality. My hubby totally wants to dogknapp him for his own.
