Yay, my passport is stamped

I went up to the city this morning to go to Immigration, one more time. This was for my referral appt that I got on Saturday. I went to one door first, then got sent around the corner. I was able to skip the line to get in, then went thru security. They intially sent me to the very long line to where you get a ticket. I went back to security and showed them my referral appt again, and asked if I need to be in the line. I was able to skip the line, and just go straight to the counters and hand in my passport.
10 mins later, my name was called, and now I have a lovely stamp that expires in a year. Yay!
Now when I leave the country, I can get back in!

Nose piercing, wednesday

Woohoo, think I'll be getting my nose pierced this Wednesday night. I want a teeny stud.
yay.

Coffee run

Getting up at 6am, instead of my usual 7:30 is taking quite the toll. I definately see an afternoon coffee run in my future.

NLP and Art truck decorating

Did we do a final determination on the day for this - had we said Saturday?
I heard on the radio there'a big cycling event on Sunday, so Sat is probably better.
For Art truck stuff I'll bring all the materials we'll need. I would advise grungy clothes tho, as there is some possibility of getting the spray glue on them, or leaning on the truck etc. Maybe you can pick something up at the NLP!
I'll be happy to spring for a beer and pizza dinner to say thanks.
There was also talk about going out afterwards, any further ideas on that?
