My surprises are here!

yay, my party favours arrived. I think they got here yesterday, but I only got them from our shipping department today.
Now I have to think about how I want to package them - maybe can use some of the endless amounts of fabric I seem to have around! Cut out some little tags? Ooo, possibilities are endless!

Giving off vibes

So I saw resurgam briefly Sunday late afternoon, to loan her my aerobed. Mr jo was there too, and resurgam's boy. We chatted briefly about their trip to Santa Cruz, DDR, my birthday party, Dame Edna etc.
When Mr jo and I left, I was telling Mr jo how that's resurgam new guy, and we all think he's so nice, and we're really happy for resurgam etc. Chris said how he thought he was real nice, and he was impressed with how mellow he was given the vibes we were giving off - the long term relationship, he's such a catch vibes.
Hmmm, I discussed with him how I didn't think we were giving off vibes. It was interesting to hear his perspective on that. I mean I could have sworn I wasn't putting out vibes, and resurgam just looked happy. But, certainly, I do think her boy is a total sweetie and that they are good together.
Was I giving out vibes?
I am pretty transparent with my emotions - not a good thing at work. I'm the Queen of the Eye Roll, and exasperated sigh.
