Dad just called, Mum's in hospital due to a small heart attack (or series of attacks) she's apparently had pains in her chest and going down her arms for the last couple of days.
She's in the ICU tonight, but should be coming home tomorrow. This is probably from the low hemaglobin that she has. She's been on Procrit for it, which did help. But it's been low for a long time, so her heart has had to be working hard to pump the blood around. Like dad said, something her Onc. Dr. should have been more on top of.
Grrrr.
I'll talk to her tomorrow when she's back at home, and Dad will call me tonight with an update.
God, this all brings us together as a family, but it's been so fucking wearing on us all too.
